Our sending church of Diamond Valley Baptist Church asked me to do a recorded video sermon on the topic of Making Disciples (based on the text bible text from Matthew 28: 16-20) for the 10:00am Sunday church service on 12th of June 2022.
The kingdom of heaven is a theme that we find a lot in the gospels and it is mentioned 33 times in the book of Matthew. Jesus talked about it a lot and sent his disciples to do the same.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic issue began early in 2020, everyone’s life adjusted. Whether people liked it or it, things were now different. I found it was still actually possible to keep making disciples who make disciples while living with the new restrictions. But some things needed to done to make this possible.
We have been using the Discovery Bible Study (DBS) system for a few years now, and over the time we have tried and tested the questions to make sure it is simple, biblical and reproducible.
