The secret of permanent weight loss
Here are the things he says you need to do if you want permanent weight loss.
Do 60 to 90 minutes of exercise daily. You need to get enough (8 to 9 hours) sleep each day.
After this the people gathered the food morning by morning, each family according to its need. And as the sun became hot, the flakes they had not picked up melted and disappeared.

Eat 50% of your calories first thing in the morning. Eat the other 50% of your calories before 2pm. Don’t eat at night (not after 2pm).
Use self talk and/or drink water when you get hungry later. Drink a glass of cold water when you get the “I feel hungry” sensation and within 5 minutes that hunger sensation will go away. The hunger you feel is actually just an addictive sensation you feel and goes away after 20 minutes if you train yourself to override the feeling.
Maximise the surge in the Cortisol hormone which spikes at 6am each day when you wake up because it turns your body into a high activity machine.
Leptin hormone turns down your appetite. Insulin burns fat and turns it into glucose.
Do exercise when your insulin levels are low so that you burn fat – and that is first thing in the morning.
